Terms And Conditions

These terms explain the general conditions for using the Teemikemedia Agency website and for engaging our website design, redesign, SEO, audit, and digital service offerings.

Last updated: June 21, 2026

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, making a payment, or engaging Teemikemedia Agency Ltd. for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with any project proposal, invoice, written agreement, or approved scope shared for your project.

2. Our Services

Teemikemedia Agency provides website design, website redesign, landing page design, ecommerce setup, WordPress and Shopify website services, LearnWorlds course website setup, SEO setup, strategy support, audits, and related digital growth services.

Service scope may vary by project and is confirmed through consultation, written proposal, invoice, project brief, or delivery notes.

3. Quotations And Scope

Project quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. If project requirements, number of pages, platforms, integrations, timelines, or deliverables change, scope and pricing may also change.

4. Payments

Payments may be required in full or in stages, depending on project size and structure. Work may begin only after the required deposit or agreed first payment is received.

Late or incomplete payments may delay timelines, pause deliverables, or suspend handover until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, brand materials, content, logins, approvals, feedback, and any required decisions within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in content or approvals can affect delivery schedules.

6. Timelines And Delivery

Timelines are estimates based on the current scope, communication speed, and availability of required materials. Delivery dates may shift when client feedback, content, access credentials, or third-party dependencies are delayed.

7. Revisions

Revision rounds, where included, apply only within the agreed project scope. New requests beyond the original scope, extra pages, major creative changes, or new platform requirements may require a revised quote.

8. Content And Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, logos, images, videos, trademarks, documents, or brand assets they provide. Teemikemedia Agency is not responsible for rights clearance on materials supplied by the client.

Final ownership of completed deliverables transfers according to the written agreement and only after full payment has been received, except where third-party licenses apply.

9. Third-Party Platforms And Tools

Many projects rely on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, LearnWorlds, hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, domains, themes, and scheduling tools. We are not liable for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or price adjustments controlled by those providers.

10. Website Performance And SEO

We aim to build strong, modern, conversion-focused websites, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising results, revenue figures, or platform approval outcomes unless clearly stated in a separate written agreement.

11. Acceptable Use Of This Website

You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or use our forms or systems in a way that disrupts normal operation.

12. Suspension Or Refusal Of Service

We reserve the right to pause, decline, or discontinue service where there is abuse, repeated non-payment, unlawful activity, threatening communication, fraudulent behavior, or a serious breakdown in the working relationship.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teemikemedia Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost opportunity, business interruption, or platform issues arising from third-party systems or client-controlled accounts.

14. Refunds And Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our published Refund Policy and any written agreement specific to the project. Custom digital service work already completed is generally non-refundable.

16. Governing Communication

For project clarity, significant approvals, scope decisions, timeline changes, and payment confirmations should be documented through email, portal messages, invoices, or another written channel approved by Teemikemedia Agency.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect legal, operational, service, or platform changes. The latest version published on this page applies to future website use and new inquiries unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
