Service Agreement Policy

This policy explains the general terms that guide website design, redesign, digital strategy, ecommerce, SEO, support, and related services provided by Teemikemedia Agency Ltd.

Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Purpose Of This Policy

This Service Agreement Policy outlines the general terms under which Teemikemedia Agency Ltd. provides website design, website redesign, landing page, ecommerce, SEO setup, digital strategy, maintenance, consultation, and related digital services.

2. Project Scope

Each project will be based on the agreed scope, proposal, invoice, written brief, or service package. The scope may include items such as page design, development, content placement, responsive setup, integrations, SEO structure, ecommerce setup, migration, maintenance, or consultation.

Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, revised timeline, or additional payment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, text, images, product details, access credentials, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

4. Content And Materials

Unless copywriting, photography, or content creation is included in the agreed scope, clients are expected to provide final content. Clients confirm that any materials supplied to Teemikemedia Agency, including images, logos, videos, text, fonts, and brand assets, are owned by them or properly licensed for use.

5. Payments And Deposits

Projects may require a deposit before work begins. Remaining balances, milestone payments, or final payments must be paid according to the agreed invoice or payment schedule. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

6. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope, client responsiveness, content availability, and technical requirements. Timelines may change if the scope expands, feedback is delayed, third-party tools cause delays, or required access is not provided on time.

7. Revisions

Revisions are changes requested to work already produced within the agreed scope. The number of included revisions may depend on the project package or written agreement. Major design direction changes, new pages, new features, or repeated revisions outside the original brief may be billed separately.

8. Approvals

Clients are expected to review work carefully before approval. Once a design, page, or project stage is approved, further changes may be treated as additional work if they require significant redesign, redevelopment, or restructuring.

9. Third-Party Tools And Costs

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, stock assets, email platforms, payment gateways, booking tools, learning platforms, or ecommerce apps. Unless clearly included, these third-party costs are the client’s responsibility.

10. Website Hosting And Domain Names

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership and payment of their hosting, domain names, email services, SSL certificates, and related accounts unless a separate management agreement is in place.

11. Launch And Handover

A website may be launched after final approval, required content has been supplied, and outstanding payments have been settled. After launch, Teemikemedia Agency may provide handover guidance, login details, or basic instructions depending on the agreed scope.

12. Support And Maintenance

Post-launch support may be included for a limited period if stated in the project agreement. Ongoing updates, backups, plugin maintenance, security monitoring, content changes, troubleshooting, and technical support may require a separate maintenance plan.

13. Refunds And Cancellations

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once planning, design, development, consultation, or project work has started. If a project is cancelled, any completed work, time spent, third-party costs, or outstanding milestones may be billed before files or access are released.

14. Ownership And Portfolio Use

Once full payment is received, clients generally own the final approved website content and custom deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding third-party tools, licensed assets, plugins, themes, frameworks, or reusable internal processes.

Teemikemedia Agency may showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, proposals, or marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

15. Client Access And Security

Clients should provide access securely and avoid sharing unnecessary credentials. Teemikemedia Agency will use provided access only for the agreed service. Clients are encouraged to update passwords or remove temporary access after project completion.

16. SEO And Marketing Results

We may provide SEO-friendly structure, technical setup, content guidance, and conversion-focused design. However, search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising performance, or business results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on many external factors.

17. Limitation Of Liability

Teemikemedia Agency is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages, domain issues, plugin conflicts, client changes, missed payments, delayed content, external security incidents, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.

18. Confidentiality

We aim to handle client information, business details, project materials, and login access responsibly. Both parties should avoid sharing confidential information unless required for the project or agreed in writing.

19. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Service Agreement Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the current terms unless a separate written agreement applies.
